About Royalist

Royalist English Toy Spaniels was founded in England in the 1980s with the purchase of our first English Toy, Rupert, from the world-renowned breed expert, Alicia Pennington. After coming to America, Rupert went on to become Am. & Can. Ch. Tudorhurst Royal Sovereign and quickly joined the ranks of the Top Ten English Toy Spaniels in the U.S. He was soon joined by his half sister Charlotte, Ch. Tudorhurst Tiger Lily, and the Royalist line was launched.

Charlotte was bred to BISS Ch. Dreamridge Dear Sir ROM, currently America's top producing sire all-time, and produced in her first litter the lovely male special Ch. Royalist Noblesse Oblige, a Group-winning show dog who has won many admirers with his type and showmanship.

In addition to their successful show careers, our dogs are also our pets.
